- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original, unused condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Exclusions: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Customized items, including those with customized logos or other specific personalization, are also not eligible for returns due to their bespoke nature.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and shipping fee.
- Exchange Option: If you prefer, you may exchange the product for another variant or a different product entirely, with no restocking fee applied if the new item is of equal or greater value.
